About
Nice to meet you, I’m Maricris.
I’m a fitness professional, coach, entrepreneur, experience producer, wife, and the woman behind Move with Maricris. But my favorite job title of all? Mom.
I’ve spent more than a decade in the fitness industry coaching women through different seasons of their lives. Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to coach women around the world, work with some incredible brands and platforms, and build a career around something I genuinely love: helping women get stronger and feel good in their lives.
But as much as my career has shaped the coach I am today, life has shaped me just as much.

My goals have changed. My schedule has changed. My priorities have evolved. And becoming a mom gave me an entirely new perspective on what it means to make yourself a priority while carrying all the other roles that matter to you, too.
And honestly, all of it has shaped what Move with Maricris has become.
Why Move With Maricris
Knowing isn’t usually the hardest part. Making it work in real life is.
After years of coaching women, I’ve realized that most of us actually know a lot about what we should be doing.
Move your body. Eat well. Get enough sleep. Drink your water. Take care of yourself.
That’s why I created Move with Maricris.
I wanted to build something that takes some of the noise out of wellness and gives women a simpler way to take care of themselves, with workouts that fit into real schedules, practical nutrition support, accountability, community, and coaching when you need someone a little closer in your corner.
Because I don’t believe you need to completely overhaul your life every time you want to feel better or work toward a new goal.
Sometimes you just need a place to start. Sometimes you need someone to tell you what to do. And sometimes you know exactly what to do, but you need support actually doing it.
Wherever you are, we can start there.

My philosophy
Find your rhythm.
I don’t believe there’s one perfect routine you’re supposed to figure out and follow forever.
I believe in building a foundation you can come back to.
Your life is going to change. Your schedule will change. Your goals will change. You will change.
Some seasons, maintaining that foundation is the win. Other seasons, you’ll have more capacity or a goal you’re excited about, and you’ll be ready to turn things up, push a little harder and see what you can do.
Neither season means you’re doing it wrong.
The goal is to learn yourself well enough that you can adjust without feeling like every change means you have to start over.
That’s what finding your rhythm means to me.
Start where you are. Simplify what you can. Build a foundation that works for your life. And keep giving yourself permission to evolve from there.
Because there’s always another opportunity to:
Get stronger.Stay accountable.Find your next win.
